intergenerational relationships.  As much as possible we want to connect all ages.

diversity of personalities, gifts and talents.  Our strength is in the variety of contributions that can be made to our group activities and purposes.

opportunity for all individuals to use their gifts in ways that aren’t as likely to be exhibited in a more formal worship setting.
